Welcome to Maroux Vian

We would like to welcome you to our traditional Breton Farmhouse and cottages (Gites), situated in a peaceful location on the edge of the village of Callac in the Cotes d’Armor département, Central Brittany.

Set in 10 acres of gardens, open grassland and private woodland Maroux Vian is surrounded by vast green countryside, yet close to a market town. At one time Maroux Vian was a working farm consisting of the original Breton Farmhouse, a barn and stabling for the bull and cart horse. The 3 traditional stone cottages are set around a secluded courtyard with ample parking. All have a modern, clean and cosy interior. In addition the farmhouse has a large open air swimming pool and each property has a patio/bbq area making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside. Note : Although these properties are available to be hired separately they makes an idea complex for multiple families or friends to join together but have the privacy to be separate when required.

Callac is from 40 minutes away from rocky shore / fine sandy beaches to the North and South, and an equal distance from the Atlantic West coast with its stunning views and beaches.
