| • The prices for the Farmhouse include the use of the pool during June, July, August & September. The pool may be available to the two cottages. Please contact us for availability and price supplement.
• The prices quoted are based on a weekly rental period from e.g. Saturday to Saturday (16:00 to 10:00). Details agreed by arrangement.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. A 'Booking Form' with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 6 weeks (period negotiable) before the booked date, along with the £100 security deposit (breakages/damage). The security deposit will be returned following satisfactory inspection after your departure, minus any necessary deduction.
• Duvets and pillows are provided in the price. One set of bed linen and tea-towels are also provided. Please note: we do not provide cot linen; this will need to be provided by you if required. Towels are not provided.
• A final clean is not included in the price quoted. It is required that you leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived, or you can choose to have a cleaning service at a supplement of £20.
• Part-week bookings are accepted (subject to availability), tariff by arrangement.
